Booking our Studios
There are multiple options to book our studios. You can book each studio separate or group them together to use more than one studio.
Minimum booking time is 1 hour. Full day and half day rates are available!
By booking the studios you agree to the rules and terms found below.
Studio Rules
Booking Times
- Reserve and pay for set up and clean up time
- Do not arrive early or stay late.
- You will be billed for overages in 15 minute increments.
Studio Rooms
Each studio is reserved separately. Renting the white room does not give you and your clients access to the brick room. When the brick room isn’t being rented I use it to store equipment. My cameras will send me pictures every time someone enters a studio room. If a room is used that isn’t reserved I will send you a screenshot and invoice you for the use of that room.
- Only use the studio you reserve.
- You will be charged for a studio used and not reserved.
- If you think you'll need space for your group to hang out in while you take pictures - reserve BOTH main studios.
Common Areas & Businesses
Cooley Collective Studios is located inside the Cooley Center. The Cooley Center is a business hub in downtown Brigham City. We feature salons, a jewelry store, a doctor’s office, a marriage/family therapist. It is currently in varying stages of construction to bring in more businesses. Respecting the space and the businesses inside the space is very important.
- Do not disturb businesses located in Cooley Center
- If a door is shut leave it shut.
- Refrigerator and cupboards are private. Do not open cupboards or fridge.
- No running in the hallways.
- ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE RAMPS.
Props/Furniture
There is a lot of money invested in the props and furniture in all of our studios. If you break something, please be courteous and contact us to discuss replacement of the broken item.
- Props and Fabric from the Newborn Studio are not allowed out of that studio.
- Fabrics used in the Newborn Studio need to be placed in the provided laundry basket.
- All headbands and props need to returned EXACTLY. If you need help remembering, snap a photo of where you found each prop/headband.
- To move furniture in the two large studios, please lift while you slide.
Studio Pricing
White Studio
$60/hour
The White Studio is the largest of our 3 studios. It can fit large extended family sessions or smaller groups!
Brick Studio
$40/hour
The Brick Studio is the smallest of our studios! It has our beautiful kitchen and farmhouse sink!
Newborn Studio
$50/hour
The Newborn Studio is fully stocked with all the fabrics and props to make your newborn session a success!
