To help make everyone’s use of our gorgeous space positive we ask that you and your clients read and follow these rules!
1- Respect your reservation times! You must include set-up, tear down and clean up time during your rental. Other photographers will be right behind you on the schedule, be courteous and have the area ready for them. Do not go over your scheduled session time.
2- Respect your booking space! The two west studios are separate spaces. Use only the studio space you reserved.
3- Respect the office spaces! Cooley Collective Studios is also home to 2 salons and 2 offices. If a door is shut do not enter. If you would like a tour of this amazing historic space email reservations@cooleycollectivestudios.com and set up a time for a free tour!
4- Respect the ramp! Do not allow anyone to run or play on the ramp.
5- Respect the cupboards! Do not rummage through the cupboards and/or fridge.
6- Respect the equipment/props/furniture! If a piece of furniture or prop is broken while you are using the space, please send me a quick text. If the item can’t be repaired you will be responsible for replacing it.
7- Respect the building! Do not explore the other areas of the building.
8- Respect the studio! Clean up after yourself and leave the studio how you would expect to find it. This includes returning all furniture and props to their original location.
